A4 landscape, two pages: a year grid and a person or month grid. The four markings differ in lightness, so they stay readable in black-and-white print. “Fill in” opens the same template as a page: type names in the browser and print it straight away.

The planners are free and need no email address. We store nothing when you download a file.

## Frequently asked questions

Which version fits which purpose?

The family version plans people against calendar weeks with school holidays highlighted. The company version uses month rows with pre-marked public holidays for coverage. The team version shows team members against calendar weeks plus a coverage row, so overlaps are visible.

Why is not every year available?

A planner is only generated for years where the school holidays of both overlapping school years are fully available. Otherwise part of the year would be unmarked, which reads as term time. A blank stretch is worse than no planner.

Is anything I write down stored somewhere?

No. The PDF is a static file to print and fill in by hand. The fill-in page keeps names in your browser as well: no form, no sign-up, nothing sent to us.
