How it started
Out of 20 years of frustration with HR software.
Philip and Frank ran a software company together for 20 years. As their team grew, they went looking for HR software that could keep up but everything they found had the same blocker: clunky enterprise systems built for companies five times their size with bloated features and prices to match. Bugs they reported never actually got fixed either. Nothing on the market quite fit.
When they sold their company, the next idea formed quickly: the HR software they wished they'd had all along. In 2025, they founded Gemploy.
Today, that means honest, easy-to-understand pricing, and software that is straightforward to work with.
