How does the 10-user limit work?
Using Gemploy for teams up to 10 active users is free, full stop.
From the 11th active user, you pay €5 per month, for everyone on the account (not just the ones after 10). If the count drops back under 10, it becomes free again.
What counts as an active user?
An active user is anyone with active access to Gemploy. Deactivated or departed employees do not count.
Is there a minimum term?
No. With Gemploy, you can cancel monthly. We have no notice period and no minimum term.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Companies with under 10 users, don't need to provide payment details. You add one once you go over the limit for free users.
